Dr. Bostrom has a extensive background in treating chronic and acute pain conditions with Medical Degrees from both Traditional and Natural Medical Universities. He first attained his Naturopathic Medicine Degree from Bastyr University in Washington, and then his Osteopathic Medicine Degree from the New Jersey School of Medicine and Dentistry. He brings over 25 years of medical knowledge to Total Health Care is oversees the medically indicated portions of your care as part of the multimodality treatment approach.

Dr. Norine, a graduate from Logan College of Chiropractic, has been serving the St. Paul, and Roseville area for over 9 years. He’s done extensive post-graduate research and training in Spine & Postural Rehabilitation techniques and adds a wealth of knowledge in natural pain relief methods to the team at Total Health Care & Physical Medicine.

As Wellness Director, Jennifer coordinates the treatment for the patients among our multi-disciplinary treatment team (medical, rehab, chiropractic, and massage). She ensures patients receive the optimal treatment devised by our treatment professionals that is medically necessary, timely, and maximizes patient results. We are extremely proud of the individual attention our treatment team pays to each and every patient before, during, and after every visit. Every morning, our multidisciplinary team meets to discuss, prepare, and provide the most updated care for each patient to ensure the highest quality of care and pain relief.

Frete Gray is a graduate of Kirkwood College’s Physician Assistant Program. He brings over 30 years of medical experience to Total Health Care with an extensive knowledge of Orthopedic practice and Physical Medicine Experience. He handles all trigger point and joint injections as well as our in-office diagnostic testing department.
